Wow, congrats! My church has them but doesn't use them. I guess it's a question of how to get people to use them. My suggestion is that you (and some like-minded people) could, with your priest's prior knowledge and pledged cooperation, use the rail yourself and see if others follow suit. Perhaps receive first and then have an ex. minister to give to those standing and the priest give to those kneeling. Just a thought.
